Malik,
I love the coil on look. I've been chasing that same contrast with the black look since I saw the motherboard is black. Your's is the best use I've seen so far.
What temps are you getting?
I'd really like to know, thanks.
Jedda's gonna hate me for thinking I'm trying to rain on his product's parade. If you scan the air cooling forum for the OCZ vs CD vs cool spot thread, you'll see a few of us sharing our tidbits about our experiences with various RAM coolers.
OCZ's pushed the least amount of air yet generates the most amount of noise, possibly due to the restrictive nature of the grill. However, in terms of aesthetics, it ruled the bling factor.
CD's were much quieter and exhibited no mechanical noises when undervolting. Their mounting mechanism is much better than OCZ's (which has this annoying rocking tendency).
Antec's cool spot is probably the most unique. It wins in terms of performance and quietness at full speed, but the included fan makes mechanical noises when undervolted. The only other drawback is that some people don't have the room for the "arm" of the cool spot.

Black + clear smart coils = l33t!!!
the clear makes it look plane.
How did u get your PCI brackets painted black? Is there a way to remove the bracket from the gpu or sound card to paint it individually? Really nice build.
agree ^^ smart coils with black tubing ftw.
also where does the tubing go after the res ? sorry for being such a noob lol

Looks sexy. I would never mix metals though.

Where did the cables go!?Looks great, good work.
Good DDC reservoir top riddance btw.
1 question and my $.02:
?. Did you notice any big performance/noise diff between the Ultra and the Pro??
$.02 Green > blue but BLACK FTW!!!
Why exactly have you been slowly removing the Innovatek equipment? Is it due to performance or pressure from this forum?
I think this one is the best looking. I really like blue on black!
Too crowded IMHO

Answers:
1. Ultra is more noisy but the performance is much better than pro version. But with proper vibe isolation it's equally quiet.
2. For me - green is the best. When i use black tygon - it's too dark inside PC.
Thanks
RickCain: I changed Inno because EK is better in performance.

Agreed. It's nice to toss that aluminum out too without having to worry about mixed metals nor having to use additives and its hassles.Originally Posted by Malik
I love the look and setup of the green/black scheme rather than the blue scheme.
