Yep,there are issues with DDR400 and DDR533 dividers..
Try some other modules.

PS I managed to use the freaking DDR667 divider at 2700Mhz and it now works??? Wtf..When i was testing before it wasnt stable,now it works like a charm,memory is at 450Mhz(DDR2-900)..LoL
