the space between the slats are 9mm, always a thought IanY, but you could buy some of that real fine mesh and lay it between grill and case/rad.

Should still allow for minimum back pressure and protection from little fingers.

I remember once when I was little, my parents took us to one of those Holiday camps and we had this entertainer entertaining all the young children inc me.

For some reason when near the stage I decided to stick my finger in the hole that created the smoke, lets say I never did that again after the burn it gave me.

If it ain't watercooled, I don't wanna know.

Thanks very much for all the suggestions. Another reason for grills is.. you don't want to clean apple sauce off your fans, do you?

Well I recieved the prototypes this morning, and they look great.

I'm pretty sure Tom has had the final ones cut, not sure if they have been coated yet or not though.

So it won't be far away at all I don't think, but Tom would know way more than me.

If it ain't watercooled, I don't wanna know.

Yes there's not going to be much diff in price from two grills both sourced from the UK.

No real need for that post Pete - people are just enquiring about the status. Im not "competing" with anyone for grills, just making a product I think is neccessary.

Well, the first batch is done and will be on sale next week lads.

Just having a few headaches sourcing black screws as the ones I originally wanted are discontinued.

All my grills will ship with all the relevant screws for all combinations

I currently have a huge mailing list for people who have used the "contact us" form on my website, so an email shall be arriving to all the people who said they are interested soon

    So its all happening now
