To be honest, I'm tired and may not understand the question...but you may want to twist the heat sink on the CPU a little. Not much, maybe 1-2 degrees each way, three or four times. You may have a small air pocket that you can displace, or the grease type material may not have spread all the way across or set up in it's end state yet. You have to let your grease get to max temp for a little while (or a while if you're in a game or other task), and when you are done, let the computer idle down to low temps and then shut down and let the CPU totally cool. After you do this several times your temps should drop some more. These are just some generic tips, and if you've done them, just ignore my rambling.
