Fast computers breed slow, lazy programmers
The price of reliability is the pursuit of the utmost simplicity. It is a price which the very rich find most hard to pay.

Modern Ram, makes an old overclocker miss BH-5 and the fun it was
Here's an idea, straight to 45 nm, and skip K10First 45 nm processors are expected to be commercially available by mid of 2008
yep, that'll do

Chartered. Remember my couple of posts mentioning their expansion of Module B. The speed at which the contractors were buidling it was astouding. By now the OHTs (Overhead Tranporters) are fully functional and almost 3/4 of the equipment needed would at be their allocated locations. Chartered/AMD is serious about 45nm production and its no surprise that AMD is Chartered's biggest customer. I wouldnt be surprised if AMD was funding the expediting of Module B.....![]()
