switching? thats why we use a flow through chiller and a ganged set of Kegs, there is no switching. The guy who all this kit was made for is moving, but once it is all rebuilt I'll take picks.

FYI the compressor is switched off at 3C+, nothing is frozen, that and it is counter flow so warmest beer is all ways hiting the coldest part of the exchanger.

I see, I see. I would love a pick of how the kegs are selected!

My only concern would be short cycling the compressor, but the HX assembly is dunked in a coolant tank, correct? That would effectively avoid short cycling, I admit.
