    E2160 will be $84/1000pcs, E2140 will be $74 according to leaked intel slides.

    In thailand you can buy in retail store Pentium E2140 1.6GHz 1024K L2 97$

    Yes maybe in Asia E21xx is availabe soon. In VietNam E2140 retail 94$ and E2160 is 106$

    I'd like to get one of these E2140s or E2160s. How much would it cost to switch from my current setup to one of these with a comparable motherboard?

    you've already got ddr2 and pcie, so off the bat, you'd only need cpu and motherboard. you can upgrade bits and pieces as you go.

    lot of p35 boards real cheap

    $90 with a $20 rebate to make it $70. I actually just got this deal myself, but the board is still in the fedex box since I just moved houses and haven't had time to play with it yet.

    hmmm well either they were all bought out or Ebuyer changed the status of the stock.
