    I have lot of stuff and nothing under NDA From these three mobos i signed NDA only for Gigabyte ...

    The boards are instock and apparently shipping in the UK? Normally if its not-for-sale until NDA is up, they are listed as Pre-Order. We've already seen some reviews of P35...how much can it hurt?

    No! First mobos can be selling at May 9th, but NDA lifts at May 21st!
    Official launch day is 4.6.2007!

    NDA dont lifts at May 9th!

    WTF, that can't be right? Surely it would be the other way around?
    If people can buy the boards then anyone could review it before all the sites which have to sign NDAs to make sure they get the hardware and therefore the reviews first. That would be some outstanding idiocy on behalf of the marketing department!

    Same thing for us

    If Intel will launch is bearlake (P35) board @ 9th May... I think this will be possible but all NDA contract ends to 21May :/

    --> Waiting a true answer from Intel about this !
