Out of the memory you've tested which is the best?, and how do the benchmarks compare to DDR2 memory?

Meaning, without overclocking the CPU/FSB or memory how do the SuperPI timings match up?

Eg. use the X6800 with default 266FSB and 2.93GHz using default DDR2 memory running at 800MHz with the standard 4-4-4-12 timings.

Now run the E6850ES at default 333FSB with normal 3.00GHz clock speed, then use some low latency DDR3 memory at 800MHz with say 5-5-5-18 timings.

Basically we're trying to establish if there is any performance increase and if DDR3 is worth the changeover.
I'm comparing that now, I'm matching his clocks using cas5 & cas4. I'm sure there's a reason the traditional 3.6Ghz with 1:1 & 4:5 dividers is not shown
