Are there any results with quads yet?
I don't have a Quad yet, I thought I saw something about it but not sure.. There should be a few people with quads to test it soon.
According to the Egg, They have an item number, but can't list until the warehouse has them logged in. According to DFI delivery was 30 apr, which I confirmed with the Egg. The Egg also said that if the CA warehouse does not have enough room ( how much room can 45 boards take?!) they will be sent to either TN or NJ.

Definitely not inbuilt flash though, as the 5D doesn't have one
Judging by the histograms of mr yang's shots he also has a very good eye (or took a LOT of shots at different apertures) as he hasn't used exposure compensation. Perhaps he can vary the intensity of the flash.
Back on topic, I'm definitely getting one of these to replace my lackluster AW9D which seems limited at 350FSB on my E4300 even on the 1333 strap. Maybe should sell the CPU as well and get an E6420... hmmm
Ninjalane seemed to like the motherboard. Here's the review link:

Honestly...any review site with the word "Ninja" in their naming scheme must be trustworthy.
Btw, everyone who is about to order from the 'egg, in order to quickly get into the ordering servers you should press ALT-F4 right before checking out. I've had other people do this numerous times, and its really helped ME be the first to order.![]()

Well I hope everyone here gets one of the first batch!
BTW, what's the best way to monitor the Egg for new stuff... I'm a noob at shopping there... I just keep searching for "DFI 680".

first tab, refresh every so often. heh heh product lust! Gotta get to building, this is effecting my schedule.
I really dont know why i'm so worried about it. Me EVGA is perfect.. No issues. Yet i bought Eyeborgs DFI and i'm still monitoring the egg every 5 minutes. I also have a pre-order in at excaliber. I think i'll cancel that one though.

The eggs prices seem to go up when the demand rises. Remember the striker was 399 at one time and iirc it may have been up to 419. I sure hope its 269 but i doubt it. the DFI icfx3200 is still 249. I remember somebody mentioning earlier in this thread that cost on this 680i board was 260. If that was correct, they probably wont sell it for under 300.
