DFI P965-S - big problem, please reply

Hi, i have TWO new this boards, but no one works with my Enermax PSU! I´ve tested it with TWO Enermaxes (620W, 1000W) and still not working, boards are still restarting, no boot, no posts only circle of restarts ... i´ve tested TWO RAMs, TWO GFX and still the same.

Has someone this Mobo with Enermax PSU? And working?

Are you sure those power supplies aren't dead? And I might consider taking one of those boards off your hands if you don't want one....

That reminds me of my ultra-D to Seasonic S12.

Hopefully the problem is something else. Enermax PSUs are very famous in Germany and many people have them...

If you can separate the 8 pin connector use it as a four pin. It should boot up.

Weird. DFI will always be picky with PSU's. Please post back with results. I would like to know for my own knowledge.

Proved, Enermax Liberty 500W, Liberty 620W and Galaxy dont work with this DFI mobo! I have now OCZ Evostream 720W and everything works like a charm. It is some ground problem on the mobo i think.

I have the Liberty 620 with this board and it has been working fine for me using the 8 pin connector. Now memory, that's a different story.
