    Team Group has used Qimonda IC as base component; PC3-6400 CL6,1.5v,and 25 USD per IC. Let's take a look

    Team Group DDR3 modules[/b][/size]




    [size=2][b]Qimonda 64Mx8 DDR3 IC. Module spec: PC3-6400 CL6-6-6-18 1.5v


    Intel E6850 on Intel P35 running at DDRIII speed of 900 CL6-5-5-10

    I guess CPU-Z is slightly confused.

    Chips and modules are both built on week16. These ICs don't lay around idle in warehouses do they...

    so how does the "bandwidth" of this ram measure up against ddr2?
    8 bit prefetch buffer 90nm (or 70?)...lower volts...crap latency.
