What is the whole batch code?

I have L627B005 and it will do orthos 3600MHz @1.36V. I have some kind of temperature bug, so I can't go over 4GHz, even with chilled water?

What kind of bug (what does TAT say?)? Bs are hot, whenever I put more than 1.5V on air throttling kicked in. However, I managed to do a validation at 5ghz under DI

My temp bug is weird. Like I said it can do 3.6GHz with 1.36V and 3.8GHz with ~1.43V, but anything over that and comp freezes. It's not fsb "wall" it can do 530 easily. and other parts can go much further with other processor. But when I use my waterchiller and temperature is around 0c same thing happens in around 4GHz. Never have this issue with other conroes.

Did some testing today with cold water (~7c) and my L627B needs 1.46V to 4GHz. When I use low voltages there is now "temperature bug". This chip must be very well cooled and then it can fly

    If air temp ~ 23-24 grade C, i need ~1.54v (real) for 3dmark`s (2001/2003...2006).

    Nice chip indeed.

Besides some more cold, you also need a board that can handle the chip...
