    System is not finished, is goal is to CHILL 8800 GTX in SLi, NorthBridge, SouthBridge, thermoregulated and insulated.

    when you are finnish, you must show some bench results
    what GPU is it? and how much do thet material around the "hose" cost?

    That is some excellent work with the foam around the capacitors. How did you line things up so well?

    I cut Armaflex with standard scissor, and for the tiny holes ( capacitors for example ) I use a disposable scalpel

    There are three options that I can think of: Poweder coated; Eletrostaticly spray coated; Good ol spray coat.
