    Very sweet times and clocks

I get about the same CPU-Z clocks with a L627B E6600, but unfortunately failed to bench Super Pi at a such level. Congrats.

May I ask you for the temperature?
    Best Regards,
    Xavier

Excellent results again...that PiFast is just about the best clock for clock I've seen.

He failed to take screen shot but it was 0.016s slower.
From his testing at 3.6G, it was 0.015s slower.

    Thanks again before-san
With his home made thermometer reading, it was -130--135C range.
He pointed out that he had to carefully pore LN2 bit by bit as his copper pot has a huge cooling capacity

9.563s-->9.546s only 1.3 fsb up, last two mem parameters down by 1 and one core disabled, thats really great improvment, congrats .

One question though: Have you tried to shut-down the second core? It should yield a little better overclock

I believe it is just adding /numproc=1 switch in boot.ini

    Thank you very much,Zucker2k-san,noel82-san.

    I'm overclocking Conroe-L ES @2.8G (Multiplier x6~x14 & L2=1M).

If it goes well, I want to report.

Hello! and thank you very much,hey-san,JT from Russia-san,runmc-san,italian soldier-san.

I try "Bukkake(it means the overclocking under LN2)" for Conroe-L ES.
But Vcore is under 1.7V and poor over clocking.

I change mobo P5B-D into P5N32-E SLI and challenge again.

    I wish over 5G by Conroe-L ES.

Hello and thank you very much, ent-sann,death metal-san.

I tried 2nd LN2-attack by P5N32-E SLI, but it was lower clock and slower pi than P5B-D.

I tried 3rd attack by P5B-D again and got a slightly improved 1M-Time.

I will challenge to get my goal 1M-U13 & 32M-U11m.

    Is it WR of Conroe-L?
In that case, I am very glad.

It may be true, there were very few other attempts with Conroe-L 1MB cache and one core only. In fact, that combination (1 core + 1MB cache) seems to be non-retail at all.
I tested one sample myself, but it had FSB wall @ 265 (air cooling, to add more: Intel BOX ).

    So the results was not impressive: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=167879 - 3835MHz (FSB 266 = no POST at all... ), http://img382.imageshack.us/my.php?i...m376ghzxc0.jpg - 1M @ 3766MHz, 16,578s . I thought it was a WR , and Your results are much better .

Congratulations, and that E6600 result is also very nice .
