They look very much like Samsung to me...

Before I slipped off the heatspreader I already had a doubt just because they were acting so uncommonly... Now it's just confirmed... Unless it's just plain relabeling.. But I would doubt.. At my knowledge OCZ never did that and I don't see why they would start...
OCZ also (re)labeled Winbond UTT on their DDR VX-modules. It's certainly not the first time.
