As soon as my fresh tube of AS5 gets here and I do a lap job, I'm definitely going for it.That means you have to push it for the big 4!
I've booted at 4 Ghz, but I have been afraid to put enough volts into it to try and get it stable because it's getting so hot. Hoping the lap job will help some.

How much Vdimm are you using?
Perhaps some more voltage might help you tighten the timings.
