Coretemp reads incorrect as well. The only "correct" reading software I'm aware of is either intel desktop control center or intel desktop utilities. I don't own everest or sandra software.
IDCC and IDU don't read the core temps. They only read the diode on the substrate.

The reason the various core temp programs appear to disagree is because the digital thermal sensors embedded in the cores are very sensitive and have a very quick response time. If you read them even at half second intervals you can get very different results based on what's going on at the time. If you load the CPU to 100%, all the programs that read core temps will agree.
