What temperature? I don't want to throw plexi in an oven because 1. fumes 2. its expensive. Perhaps there is some other way to get one part of it heated up and floppy...Originally Posted by pois0n

Can't remember, been years since I've done it. Wasn't awfully hot, and surprisingly wasn't all that smelly unless you're cooking it :P . You could use a heat gun, the type used to strip paint off, that would work, just heat where you want to bend.Originally Posted by serialk11r

I put the plexiglas in a wise with wood between, so i wouldn't scratch it. Then I kept a steady preassure to the piece that i wanted to get bent, whilst I heated the bendingarea with the heatinggun

Don't worry, if you look at the bottom of the frontframe, you will se a gap. It is about 7-8mm space between the frontinterior plexiglas and the aluminum front, so there is no problem.
Haha, thanks thanks!Originally Posted by NickS

Excellent work!
Out of curiousity, where does everyone keep getting those sketchup models of hard drives, motherboards, etc. Did you make your own or is there a site where I can go and just download certain models of certain products?
