    micron memory are slashing prices?? mm.. that is good for us buyers..

    or, for 200 dollars, take advantage of what appears to be a price glitch at buffalo technology's website. I really wish I had an extra $200 for their 2x1GB kits. Void this post completely if they refuse to ship orders (check out https://www.shopatbuffalotech.com/ca...2&cat=0&page=1)

    yup yup.. that is a very nice deal..

    people there @ the states have more fun.. here in my country.. even if you have the money.. you cant buy good items.. hehehehe

    they sell corsair value mems here for 300USD.. haaay...

    Obviously the lowest volt-requirement GKX kits are from OCZ, 8000 EL Platinum, 5-5-5-15 but only 2.1v

    Other manufacturers need 2.2-2.3v.
    E6300 / P5B-E+ / 2x1GB Crucial Anny / X1950XT / Xfi XM / 2x320GB 7200.10/ PCP&C 510SLi / Dell 2007WFP

    Achieved:
    4Ghz E6300 on air - 115% OC
    666Mhz 5-5-5 2.45v

    Look at the timing difference though... G.Skill HZ 8000 is 4-4-4-5

    hz's are 99% d9gmh or gkx if i remember correctly.

    I am sure 6400HZ comes with d9gmh and 8000HZ comes with D9GCT.

    These ARE the pc8000 sticks!!!

    The other sticks linked were pc8000 but had 5-5-5-X timings at ddr2-1000 ... the ones i linked are ddr2-1000 @ 4-4-4-5

    are you sure?
    haven't use any GCT at DDR2 1000 nor DDR2 800 C3

    GCT only use on 800 HZ sometime, less than 3%

    Micron D9GCT (B6-37E)
    Micron D9GMH (B6-3)
    Micron D9GKX (B6-25E)
    ?
    Meaning wich one will oc best?

    micron rates the GHM for 533 while the GKX is rated for 667.. the gkx will overclock better

    pump up the voltage.. i think it can do ddr2 1100 4 4 4 12
