    from looking into intel datasheets:

    vcore 0.850 / ---- / 1.500 / 1.550
Processor Core Supply Voltage, applies to E4000, E6000 and Quad Core Processors

ddr2 see specs of your memory modules for voltage ranges
    Memory Supply Voltage

    mch 1.25v 1.188 / 1.25 / 1.313 / 1.375
    MCH Core Supply Voltage (Northbridge)

    ichio 1.5v 1.425 / 1.50 / 1.575 / 2.100
1.5V Supply for Logic and I/O (Southbridge - Internal Logic and I/O Buffer Voltage)

    cpuvtt 1.140 / 1.20 / 1.260 / 1.320
System Bus Input Supply Voltage, often referenced as FSB termination voltage (VFSB) simply the voltage the fsb is running on. logic levels on the fsb are relative to this voltage. higher vtt results in higher logiclevels and thus in increased noise ratios. increasing vtt might help overclocking.

    ich 1.05v 0.998 / 1.05 / 1.102 / 2.100
1.05V Supply for Core Well Logic (Southbridge - Internal Logic Voltage)

all voltage values: min / typ / max / absolute maximum

don't know if your p5b supports changing all this voltages. i have written this for the abit AB9QuadGT. as both boards use the same chipset, voltages are the same.
