Well....LN2 benching uses a fair volume..to use 25L/day is easy enough... Once you`re creating LN2, to expand the volume means scaling up the tanks and maybe a more powerful pressure system but the tanks need to be pretty strong to start with and if efficiency is poor you`ll need a large nitrogen tank to start with..I`ll go make sure my facts are straight, but I dont know if a small LN2 system exists coz its not really financially worth it
EDIT: More detail. A compressor takes air from 15 to 3,000 pounds per square inch (psi). When you compress air, it heats up. run that hot air through some coils of tubing. By blowing room temperature air over the coils, we cool the compressed air.
let that compressed air expand. It gets cold. let that cold air blow over the coils of tubing to cool some more compressed air even colder. Eventually, the compressed air is so cold that when it can expand it doesn’t....liquid.
Ah well..maybe not start with nitrogen, but to start with air means that conversion efficiency is poor and you`ll need to deal with the waste...including CO2, so please dont gas yourself![]()
