Ozzi, I just got a new 2x1GB set of micron chips on a brainpower pcb. Chips rated at CL4 533MHz, fatbody package, single sided and not stacked. Sticker says Engineering Sample in big print.

No one I've talked to has ever heard of the model number these chips have...now I just need to figure out how to make em boot on my P5B.

Can you post a pic of that sticks ? Specially close to the contact pads.

I've tested two sticks of fat body which wouldn't boot if i set them as always ( pressed to the max ) in the board, the contact pads are too short and didnt make contact in Asus mobos, you have to pull them out a little bit. They were OEM sticks without any brand. If you show me a pic maybe i can tell you if you're having the issue that im speaking about or not.
