I am in the same position as you with my QX6700,it runs pretty hot when i have it clocked at 3Ghz,and i wasn't sure if water cooling would be enough to get it down to desents temps,so i have been looking at an alternative to water, its called Thermoelectric which is supposed to get the cpu down to 0 degrees at idle and 0.5 at full load from the reviews i have read, this was the one i am looking at
Swiftech Thermoelectric Series Liquid Cooling Kit LGA775

Has anyone used this system before because i would be interested in hearing peoples comments on how well it works before i go out and waist the money on it.
