Thumbs up Highest & Tightest DDR2 benchmark stable runs?

    Hi,

Whats everyone getting with the highest bandwidth and tightest timings for DDR2, preferably not over 3.00v as it drastically shortens the lifespan of the sticks from what I have seen on this forum. This should be proven with popular benchmark programs and not just a cpuz screenshot. SuperPi 1mb is just too short and runs mostly in modern cpu cache anyway.

I'm willing to take my Corsair D9 Fatbody up to the highest capable on my current unmodded mobo which is the DFI 975X/G rev AL0 - 2.65vdimm, so far have achieved 400mhz @ 1:1 with 3-2-2-4-6 in the following screenshots with 2.55vdimm:

Did these runs without Windows tweaks or shutting down background processes so it shows a more "real world" capability. These hardware components I use are not cherry picked, just off the shelf stuff.

Entire PCMark05 test suite done with stock 7900GS:

I'll so some more testing later...

I'm running 1.52v under sustained full load in the above cpu intensive parts of those benchmarks I posted.
Just ran 408Mhz FSB @ 1:1 with same DDR2 timings and same benchmarks including Crystalmark09.
Just uploading screenies and Futuremark verification link tonight.

OK, this is the best bootable (no clockgen) with daily background processes running just to prove to myself & anybody else who might be interested the system is capable and satisfactory stable with no volt or pencil mods
Using single 7.2k HD for all runs

    Crystalmark 09

    ScienceMark 2.0 32bit Final

PCMark05 entire test suite (with single 7.2k HD)

    does 1T count for anything?

Got a fan over those memory sticks? No? Well get to it before you kill them

ozzimark, thats typical low latency for AMD based systems. Can you run it on full load with say 2 x 32mb superpi runs or something else that subjects the system to heavy cpu and ram load ?

    CHeers,
