My highest 24/7 stable FSB is 445

I feel that it is unnecessary at this point.

Which is faster DDR2 900 @ 5-5-5-15 or DDR2 800 @ 4-4-4-12?

For Core2, DDR2 900 5-5-5-15 is faster than DDR2 800 4-4-4-12.
