Nice start on the highly binned IC for high performance with moderate voltage. Of sourse we want to see you crank up the vdimm on the PB5 and see where they top out. Nice way to build the drama though ....

Duh...wha? That's not a P5B-Deluxe. That's one of those Asus Extreme Strikers or whatever. The heatpipes are different on the P5B, as well as the P5B doesn't have 3 PCI-E slots.

Just a small edit. Otherwise great scores. What would you expect from $600 RAM?

Maybe Coolaler mounted up the sticks into his new Asus 680i for the "glamour shots" but ran the benches on a mobo that is a little more predictable. Everest is IDing the mobo as P5B - 965 chipset.

Coolaler.. why don't u make a screenshot of the max fsb?
Also u don't give any responses on other members who asked that, why?

Isn't this board performing well, or any other reason?

I am now about thinking to cancel my pre-order, just in case the mobo wouldn't be better as the evga. Please show us some freeking fsb speed

I'm not quite sure why coolaler would just stick the RAM in a board he wasn't going to bench with for fun.

    Guys

I just want to add 2cents to this thread, you will probably not see these speeds on i965 and definately not on i975. I am testing the i680 now here at OCZ and this platform is capable of these speeds.

A mod should edit the initail post to not cause any confusion here.

Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

Explain more Tony, not following you.

333FSB on 680i (with Kents) seems to be a problem.

Coolaler do you use the same HD between 975x and 680i?

set memory to auto with expert enabled?

The SPI times are definitely slow. Throttling perhaps? Quad core CPUs are hot like hell. This is mine @stock.
