    As long as it's not available at Intel's download site, it should be considered as BETA.
    However, I suppose that ASUS is providing this beta version because it solves not specified problems.
    Please take into account that Asus's Intel Matrix Storage Manager 6.2.0.2002 WHQLis compatible with both Vista AND XP:

    It works fine on my P5W HD Deluxe XP SP2 system (SATA-2, ACHI)
