    F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ Really 1.8V stable?

    Hello,

I need some memory to be compatable with a INTEL NFORCE 590 mobo, not too many out there, but this XPS 700 is VERY PICKY on memory. (Intel Core 2 based system)

    MUST RUN AT 1.8VDIMM!!!!

I am currently looking at this new F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ memory

What IC is it based off of?

I ask because F2-6400PHU2-2GBNS does NOT work well with the XPS 700. Works fine in ASUS P5B dlx, ASUS P5W DH DLX, etc

Does G.SKILL have any DDR2 800 memory based on Elpedia that will run fine with 1.8vdimm?

I could play it safe with some D9DCN 667 stuff, etc... but would rather ddr2 800 spec'd ram.

Anyway, I dont want to throw down $450 on 4GB on this stuff if it doesnt work.
    CPU: Intel CORE 2 Duo E6550 @ 3.6GHz w/ 1.29vcore (517*7)
    Motherboard:
    Gigabyte P35-DQ6
    Memory:
    Crucial 8500's
    Video:
    Nvidia 8800GTX
    PSU:
Zippy 700W (fan modded of course)

Ive not had any problems with it at 1.9 or the brief time i had it at 1.8. Might be a good investment to get some cheap stuff ahead of time to set ram to 1.9v.

I also would like to know ICs, and max safe voltage, if you can give that info.
    Thx.

anyway, will test tomorrow... hopefully G.SKILL wont let me down.

BTW, why doesnt GSKILL offer a basic D9DCN? I'd buy it if you guys offered it, excellent compatability and quality
