    haha, no way, it's a small manufactor, can't do the handpicked.

    i think its time for hicookie to do a massbuy for everyone!!

    edit - see if you can do 450-500 3-3-3 with under 2.45 That would be unreal.

    so i guess , they use same ices, jsut change to 8layer pcb

    I assume the -25 on the smoothe finished ic's stands for 2.5ns.

    D9GMH = 3.0ns
    333MHz cas5
    MT47H64M8B6-3

    D9GKX = 2.5ns
    400MHz cas5
    MT47H64M8B6-25E

    So they're most likely D9GKX instead of D9GMH

    EDIT: but the EPD at the start of the part number suggests elpida, which would be consistent with the observation that it is smoothe wheras micron D9 IC's are generally rather rough... wonder which elpida IC it could be!?
