i bought the perious ver "gmh" for the 6layer pcb before

so i guess , they use same ices, jsut change to 8layer pcb

I assume the -25 on the smoothe finished ic's stands for 2.5ns.

So they're most likely D9GKX instead of D9GMH

EDIT: but the EPD at the start of the part number suggests elpida, which would be consistent with the observation that it is smoothe wheras micron D9 IC's are generally rather rough... wonder which elpida IC it could be!?
