    Hello guys!
    Can somebody help me, i will buy a new 6400-2gbzx kitt, and this is the s/n: 6370510017143 ...44 , what ic's are on this modules? elpida or d9xxx?

    f2-6400phu2-2gbzx is not using D9XXX chip!

    F2-8000PHUX-XXXHZ
    F2-8000PHUX-XXXZX
    F2-8500PHUX-XXXHZ
