Now let's start making the hole in the top off the case for the radiator.

    Not finished yet
We will make a layer of 5mm green uv plexi between top off the case and radgrill.

Not done yet, need some fine work now.

We also painted the inside off the top after making the hole in it.

    Now let it dry.
So started to look for best place to put the powersupply and waterpump.
And also put some coolers inside the case to see if the colors are nice togheter.

    Thats all for now
    More updates will follow.

Then we better start working again.
Still a lot to be done

At first let's finish the radgrill and plexi.

Now lets finish some more work for the top off the case.
Another piece of plexi needed for the top.
    So let's saw it first.

We didn't like the way the radiator had to be connected to the coolers.
So whe changed it , and connected it with m4 boults.

This is where we are with this mod now.
I wil try to update more frequently

I did host my pics somewhere else , because it was crap where i had them before.

Was great to see my mod @ the frontpage of Bittech
    And offcourse an update

    First polish the cpu block:

    Before:

    After some work :

    Ready:

    Vga block:

    Before:

    After:

This baby did a good job polishing them

Then it's time to put in some hardware , so we can start measure up some things.

Because of the deadline for the mod is in 2 weeks.
Then it will have its first lanparty.
We have decided to build it in 2 fase's.
After the lanparty we will rebuild the whole front and some more things.
But for now still a lot of work before the lanparty.

    First build in the radiator

It's time for another small update.

Today we started working on the sidepanel.
    First measure things up.

    Let's see how it looks

Then some fine work by hand.

    Looks pretty straight like this.

After that the corners nice and straight.

    And the result

Today i started working on the Metal for the stealthing part..

For some things a Darley is a great tool to use..

    To cut the steel ….

Draw it and then polishing it.

    The First piece out...

Next the cutout for the radiator.

    This one went quickly too.

And then to the angle folder ,

Nice fit. Now the last part. :worried:

And that went great too. :hip:

Now prepare for the worst job. Galvanised metal is real bad for your health to welt. Normaly I don’t prefer to do it like this , but was no other option.

Some wires in between for the front opening.

    Welded togheter.

Its difficult to welt 1,5 mm metal with a 1,2 mm wire

But the polishing machines are doing a good job. :thumb:

Next fase holes for powersupply and watercooling.

But before the next fase we must know of its fit.

Now that Ediejo did such a nice job on the metal for stealthing part.
We also must see if it fitts.
So first remove the hardware and top of the case.

    And now hope it fitts.

Then also put the window in front.
Really want to see the result.

    Real great imo:P

Today a perfect day to finch the stealthing part.
First some calculation for the holes.

    Snakez placed the pump.

Also some UV-Leds for the steahlting part..

    Drilling the holes.

    Last part by hand.

    Its fits.

Also the tubules for the vga

Put everything back to look where we need to cut some steel.

This is what disappears under it.

Make some extra holes for the cables

    This one fit also.

    One big hole to make.

I think this one is on his end.

I am right back with part 2 but first a shower.

After a long day working in the casemod place, I need a shower.
I smell a little bit better now, says my girlfriend.
Time to go on with the big hole for the psu.

    Last piece with a file.

I think it is better to turn the fan grill 45 degrees.

    There is the putty again.

    And scoured.

    And thane some spray putty.

I don’t have a Photo from the primer on the stealthing part.
But in bleu I have some

Also the rest what I forgot to spray bleu.

And at last for today 2 photo’s with the stealthing part in the case.

Tomorrow more after the Formule 1 Race.

Before we put the stealthing piece back , first put some leds in the top of the case.

    Thats back togheter again.

    Working fine.

In the plexi under the radgril we need to put some led's too , but will be in Fase 2

The stealthing part back on it's place too.

    Sidepanel in front.

Then kill the lights and try the new camera:P

    Look at Snakez standing there

This front has to go too , will be done in fase 2 also

    See you soon.

Today I start with the plexi part from the side panel.

    Take over the measure firstly.

Snakez put the hardware in the case. Only we have hoses to short.

Making the holes in the sidepanel

Put some tape on the Coolermaster sidepanel.

Now I can take over the holes from the plexi.

    Than we saw it.

    Making the sidepanel some smoother.

And this is how it looks with the sidepanel on his place..

    Turn the leds on.

    And make it dark pleace.

    A little bit closer. :P

    The backside.

    Some close up photos.

Fase 1 is ready. When the watercooling is complete it is only fill up the watercooling.
Fase 2 coming soon after this weekend.

This part doesn’t fit anymore now.

Today picked up the last piece of hose. Friday the system has to go to NetGamez.

This we use for the coolant.

    Anti Alg
    Demineralised water.
Dye Lite UV Reactive Green (2ml) OC-Shop.

Flip the case on it's back and fill her up.

Back on it's feet , from light to dark.

    And now whit sidepanel on.

Now put ATX cable on it's place , and of too NetGamez
    AfterNetGamez
We directly start working on fase 2.

1 week later the case is on the HWI days. Then it needs to be finished for the Coolermaster Contest Coolermaster. Because only till 30 oktober to sign in for that contest.

Today started working on the stacker again. sawwed the plexi with a sawingmachine , much quicker then by hand.

    This with machines too.

Hard to see , buth nice and straight.

The piece of 5mm plexi is coming here.

So we can hide the cables there.

The piece of cardbord will be replaced with a piece of bleu iron.

That other piece of plexi si going into the front.

And now it's standing there completely stripped:P
In only 15 minutes , so is easy to strip.

    Tomorrow more.

    Sick!

Tubing looks a little cloudy, but the dark pictures with the leds on are so amazing. Loving the blue/green/UV color combination.
