i wouldn't use AS3 to connect bridges, as it's not very permanent. something like a rear window defroster repair kit would work well.

if you buy a XP3200 with 400MHz FSB, it would be best(performance wise) to run 400MHz memory as well. although, most Nforce2 boards allow you to run the memory async.
