Mine is a 68M0AG as well. No idea if there are any differences between that and 69M0AG like the P5W-DH 1.65v-1.85v change (there better not be!)

Dumo: Just so I know in advance - I presume from your PC Probe temperatures that this board doesn't read negative temperatures properly? Wonder why the P5B-Deluxe seems to be able to do it, but not this board?

Yes, PC Probe read it as -255...ie. 215-255 is -40C.
I think bios can only read up to -35C.

Its a week 24 chip. Or does using sata hdd affect the overclocking performance? I used 1.4 (Ai booster) to get my 6600 to 3gig but it is only stable for 15-20 min. vmch is 1.6, vfsb is auto, vdimm is 2.1 at 5 5 5 15. So I think that the ram would not be the limiting factor. Any help?

Which bios are you using? 0022 seems to give the highest FSB with normal cooling, especially if you run single-core.

    Using default BIOS 0116.

I fixed the problem by setting ram timings to auto, which sets 5-6-6-18, even though the ram is underclocked and likes to run 4-4-4-12.

It would only boot past 350 FSB using auto. I'll have to play with the ram.

Currently 415x9 1:1... priming 1.38v in bios, overvolt rocks

Under the memory timings section, set Read Delay to 7. That should help.

Thanks Sierra, i'll see if that helps me set manual timings.

Right now i kept it on auto mem timings, so the memory sucks... BUT...

I'm priming at 9x430 = 3.87 Ghz with 1.5v set in the BIOS, 1.52v in windows, not bad

I'll push for more FSB in a sec, i need over 4 Ghz benchable

edit: unfortunately read delay 7 didn't help. I can't get this board to boot at anything other than AUTO mem timings.

Absolut that is normally very good memory - so I'd hold out some hope for bios maturity to help you out some. Nice clocks though!

    Thumbs up

This board is sometimes a bit tricky - but with some patience You can get success :

CPU on water, all other stock except Vdimm pencil mod. This is done with the insane CELLSHOCK PC8000 RAM at 2.71 Vdimm.
