    G73 bios questions(7600gs ddr3)

I got a new Palit 7600gs Sonic(450/1000@540/1480).And want to tweak its bios.Firstly I set up "nibitor" to edit the bios and read something about it.There is a variable called "Geometric delta clock" which has the most effect on overclocking. It is 0 by def but I read that changing its value to negative makes a space to go 40-50mhz further for gpu(http://xtreview.com/review114.htm).I think its like a o/c lock by the manufacturer depending on the gpu.Anyway,as the article says we should enter a negative value to overcome this limit. But it rejects to enter negative delta values.

Secondly;there is a timings setup tab.

changing these values has no effecet on o/c potential but "tRcdRD from 12 on 7, tRcdWR with 8 on 2, tRRD with 8 on 2" result a ~3fps increase at the same mhz speeds.

Finally;I wonder that I can use the voltage setting effectively. It has only one choice in bios and I measure 1.15v for gpu on the pcb.

What are your opinions on these?do u have any other tricks?I have coolmod & vmod experinces on two other vga cards before but this will be my first to mod a vga bios "manually"

i changed delta to -100 which refers "256-delta".this means you should enter 156 in order to set delta to -100.then you can increase the clock a bit more.e.g: 540->595 for me

by the way i'm running at around 800/815(1630) now with the help of zalman vf900 & custom ramsinks & vmodding

my score with def cooling was 540/740 and 665/740 with bios mod and a little vmod(1.25v) default voltage for gt gpu is 1.35v where 1.15v for gs.but they are the same gpu by all means my score around 1.35v with no biosmod was around 660/740.

after cooling and other mods,i reached up to 815mhz on gpu with some artifacts(795hmz artifact-free) but temp was around 75C.then decreased the voltage a little bit(1.55v @ 60C) and now i'm running @770/815 for long term safety.ramsinks are custom made by me

3dmark03 score is around 15500 and 3dmark05 is around 7500 on my default system bed.
