    Vision SingleStage by Johann

My customer Raju contacted me with something special in mind so this unit I gathered only the best components I could find and got my good friend Dimas to make the case.

    Specs:

    Compressor: Danfoss NL11F
Condensor: Rifle tubing high performance from Placebo
    Refrigerant: R402a
    Cappilary: 2.7m 0.031"
    Evap: @itor with acrylic kit
    Controller: Gfroster XE 1.6

    Temps:

    Idle: -60c
    150w constant: -45c
    200w constant: -40c

    @itor evap:

DimasTech case with window. It is 590mm deep instead of the usual 490mm to fit under Lain Li PC70 case.

Plexiglass panel with 2 x LCD's. Will measure Condensor in/out temp. The panel will sit behind the Window panel

Power box, contains 15v ac transformer for Gfroster, 5v DC for LCD's and Gfroster power module:

    Some shots of unit:

    LED's in enclosure

I'll be setting up and testing next week, on the Abit Awd9 Max...

After testing the board will go to Johann, he can bench with it further...

The phase unit should be something real special, my E6600 can already hit superpi 1m at 4ghz with 1.54 vcore on water. On phase who knows, ultimatley I trhink I'll hit an fsb wall onthe 975 chipset. I'm awaiting DFI's new board....

On a side note, those little LCD thermometers are pretty good value for money. They only go a little off when you get down to low temps, for a condensor theyre grand. The blue backlight behind the large black characters looks damned sexy too!

Top notch work and attention to detail.

Thanks Tom and Luke! Sure the lcd's are great. They look fine and when not monitoring evap temps or sub zero temp works quite good. I found at around -40c they are about 5-7c off but at above 0 they seem pretty close

Don't you dare mount LEDs in it! I want mine to be the first of the see through enclosures with mounted LEDs. Hold it off a few month until Gray gets mine sorted will you please.

Great work by the way. Very neat and tidy.
