Try finding Micron branded memory - they don`t cost much but usually have great chips on them
Same goes to other vendors too - some of them have Micron D9 chips on cheap value stuff. Best way would be to look through several PC stores nearby you.

    I have a question,

does Spectek 533MHz mem will be able to do 667MHz/800MHz, it is the value line of Micron - www.spectek.com

also I have another choice for AENEON 533MHz mem, will it do 667/800 ?

AENEON is value line of infeneon - www.aeneon.com

just messing around 2.1V gets me 960mhz 5-4-4-3 albiet I didn't test much for stability. I'm one of those paranoid people so I'm leaving them running a 1.9V(lowest voltage board supplies) 766mhz 5-5-4-10 which seems rock solid and probably capable fo going lower... ehh I'll see I'm satisfied for now and I don't compete for benchmarks so I don't see a need. technically upping your latencies a little wouldn't hurt performance by more than a negligeable amount.
