Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 Not OCing at all!!!

    -e6600
    -0614
    -Vcore=1.6 Vfsb=1.45 Vnb=1.55 Vdimm=2.1 to 2.45
    -380Mhz max fsb
    -1:1 with mem
    -Mem timmings 4 4 4 12
    -Speadstep disabled

Ok my problem is i cant get my memory to OC AT ALL!! Im not talking 100Mhz or anything. It max's out at 420 at 4 4 4 12 no matter the volts. I want to run it at 4:5 with my cpu. But i cant do it, so i tried to up the timmings to 5 5 5 15, still nothing. Then even tried it at 5 5 5 15 and 2.45 Vdimm(max with out mods) and still windows is not stabe. Whats wring here, the mem is fien at stock 400Mhz 4 4 4 12, but there are XMS2 EPP they should overclock. Is there some setting im missing here? Thanks

    The ram is Corsair 2x1Gb MXS2 DDR2 800 4 4 4 12

Ok on the first reply here a link to the mem CLICK HERE Well see i had it all up to 415 at 1:1, but it was only SP 1M stable, not fully stable at all. But now the cpu is stable at 3.55 and them mem at 1:1, but when i set it to 4:5 its unstable even at 5 5 5 15 2.45 Volts. I dont know if it could be the board or them mem. How can i tell/

For the second guy,lol yea high volts but for some reason i have a large "vdroop" it says 1.5 in windows, 1.6 in bios. Is that bad?
