Hello! now i know copper doesnt go well with being bent too many times - but could i get away with bending a couple of heatpipes 90degrees just as a one of?

Doubt you will bend heatpipe 90 degrees without braking it. But with the right tool you can bend heatpipes - but not all of them. Some are fully filled with wick and therefore would brake if you`ll bend`em just a bit.
what tool is the right tool?

They bent heatpipes... They measured heatpipe efficiency.
if u heat it and have a pipe bender dont see why a brass pipe wouldnt bend

Just an idea
Bending it 45* twice would put less stress on the pipe tbh
E5300 / 4GB / 250GTS
u mean as in seperate goes? so instead of doing the full 90* in one hit, do 45* let it rest then do the other 45*?

I'm pretty sure what he means is that you bend 1 section 45 degrees and and then move on to do another 45 degree section. Or you could do 3, 30 degree sections. Example:
-----30 bend-----30bend-----30bend-----------------------------------rest of the heatpipe in the angle that you want.
Just look at this pic below before you bend it, are you sure you're qualified enough not to ruin that wick or tightened the center vapour cavity that will reduce the inner flow ?
