That’s what worries me, because cutting the power to the
HDD's and then immediately powering them back up damages the heads and motor. Its even worse when your are testing the OC and you have to keep saving the BIOS changes a fair few times.

On the other hand the P5B has great BIOS recovery, which I like since you don’t have to reset the CMOS after a none boot, bad settings scenario.
