    Hello!
    Here are some tools to overclock AsRock ConroeXFire-eSATA2.
    they all are beta versions. only at your own risk.

    curios to see how high a fsb people can get with these!
    Dell 9300 1.6@2.13 ghz 1 gig ddr2 533 fsb, geforce 6800go for about $950

    Dell 8400 630 @ 4 ghz EE, 160 gig, 512 mb ddr2, x300se 2 X 17" LCDs dvd burner and dvd rom $650

    HTPC: shuttle sn85g4v3 3000+ DTR, radeon 9600XT, ATI TV wonder pro, dvd burner 512 DDR around $450

    But they're just 945 chipsets, so I doubt they'd go very high.

    With SetFSB & ClockGen I've reached 299x8 with my E6400 on this board.

    thats no better than what can be achieved in BIOS

    I'm at 384Mhz on a 945p board. Not really high enough but not too bad either.

    Update of this thread:

    The tools (Clockgen and SetFSB) also works perfectly well with Asrock Conroe945G-DVI.
    Nice m/ATX board with "decent" OC-ability. Although no option for VCore the chipset/MB limits the OC long before my CPU (E6300).
    With FSB/PCI-E set to "async", max. FSB in Bios is 299. Manually set in Bios to "sync" mode or "async" mode setting PCI-E > 100 (FSB/2.9) it manages FSB330.
    For the price - NOK 670 (EUR 80) I think this Asrock board is "value for money".

    Hi all.
    i have a new BIOS for u. its a beta version. try it.
    it may fix the reboot after setting high FSB. if there are any problems, let me know it.

    german website pc-treiber released another beta bios (0.14C) for conroexfire-esata2

    maybe i will buy the conroexfire too, cause first user experiences with it sounds very nice.
