Sorry, but I would not pay a premium over the MAX for red PCB, red LEDs & more fans! Wonder what else is different? The Fatal1ty comes out mid Oct.
The Fatal1ty version shouldn't be more expensive than the MAX ... it only has 4 SATA ports and Single-OTES like the non-MAX but two NICs as seen on the MAX.

I'd say it's on par with the MAX or cheaper ... at least it should be.
