    Another X6800 retail adventures @ 5 ghz

    X6800 retail L623A694 (according to CPU-Z I have the first 6900 in the world. How nice )
    P5DWDH vdim mod, vcore mod, BIOS 1301
    RAM: 2x1GB TG 5300 3,3,3,8
    Cooling: XKimo (2 stages cascade). Needs calibration, poor temps on load. Max vcore I can use 1,7/1,72
    Vdim: 2,45
    Vcore: 1,71

    SPI without tweaks unless real time

    Next: calibration and 3DMark 2001: taget: 85 k ++

    Can I ask what you are running your vcore at to clock your e6700 above 4ghz?

    I also have a e6700, same mobo and a chilly stage 1 and am just starting my OC.

    OS: Win XP Pro SP2 Prepared with nLite

    This BIOS is better than 0901. DidnÂŽt test others yet
    Clocking PCIE above def always helped my overclocks. Point is to find best mhz for each system

    Sorry but no way of knowing cpu temp. All soft dont work correctly with this board as far as I know...

    Evap sensor shows -97 ÂșC iddle and - 55 ÂșC load (spi 32 m) with 1,72 Vcore.

    Cascade needs the skills of master Ricky urgently
