when you mod Pentium D's to go from 200 FSB to stock 266 FSB, you connect that same pad, to the pad directly above it, with a single line of conductive ink.
I can confirm that it works that way.
maybe this version of the mod is incomplete, as you may need to connect it to a nearby pad?
