Step 5 and 6 are really better for FSB, if i got one it will do probably +110%.

man if you had my E6300Es (Step5 B1) you would do a lot more than 110%.....this little mother fu.cker does prime at stock vcore on air at boards max FSB 487MHz 4409MHz on CPU ....imagine 4GHz on E6300 hehe

I really don't get this, ES hit 5Ghz on 965 but retail can't even pass 4GHz? There was something about 4MB conroes using different strap but ES have no problems (well at least with sub zero cooling)

Mate, mine is a step6, retail, it did almost 4300 mhz - on DICE, no higher due vcore bios bug - 1.67xx v was what we had to use..
1M stable BTW...
I've just eaten, but I have watercooling lying next too me, and planning puttin' it on the sucker within a couple of hours, then I bet it'll do 4000mhz with 1.7v =)

Try on 965 if you have it, not 975


975 + retail 4MB is nice
965 + ES 4MB is nice
965 + retail 4MB is pretty much terrible
