    My E6700 retail @3.6GHz in P5W DH settings, maybe helps to you:

    PCI Express freq = Auto
    PCI = Auto
    Performance = Auto
    FSB = 360
    RAM = 720Mhz @12-4-4-4
    Vcore = 1.50V
    Vmch = Auto
    Vdimm = 1.9V
    Vfsb = AutoHyperpath 3 = disabled
    RAM Throttlig = Auto
    EIST = disabled
    Virtualisation = Enabled
