TCCD...weird, my TCCD used to go very well on all NF4 board with 2.5-3-3-6 setting over 300mhz 1:1
However, no matter what, just can't get it running @ this board, but here is a solution, thanks the ODD
I can run 335 fsb with ODD so I can have like 301mhz on ram though.

I've been trying to break 310HTT 2.5 4 4 8 with the Xtreem DDR600 TCCD without any luck. Hoping to get some help when you get the chance to test the cfx3200 set together.

ok, I also have same problem from TCCD..I can't do 1:1 over 300 htt witn 2.5-3-3-x timing no matter what, (same settings can easaily reach pretty high on my UCCC except CL=3. However, if I use divider or ODD, then I can do 2.5-3-3-x. Below is my setting running memory frequency@ 300,

    FSB Bus Frequency: 335
    LDT/FSB Frequency Ratio: 4x
    CPU/FSB Frequency Ratio: 10

I've been trying to run superpi 32m, sp2004 blend test, and 10 loops of 3dmark01 all at the same time to test stability. So far, I've pass the duration of 3dmark01 (@ 40 minutes) 1 time. I was sloppy and didn't write the timings down and haven't been able to complete any tests. Still trying though.

Running superpi 32m, sp2004 blend, and 3dmark01 all at the same time is not a good test. sp2004 doesn't get to run while superpi is going and the system doesn't get stressed. I'm now trying sp2004 alone at 300HTT and it has constantly failed with different memory settings. Still working at it.

I've heard that this set does about 315HTT 2.5 4 4 8. I really this a decent bios is absolutely needed. Come on, DFI !!

I'm at a loss on making this board run sp2004 stable. I've tried looser timings to the above and the system is still not stable. Don't know how much longer I'm willling to wait for DFI to release a stable bios before sending this mb back for a refund.

Studid question, but OPB would you happen to know relative SAFE max volts for this Apollo DDR600 1Gb set? I've not gone over 2.83 (2.91 bios reading) on short testing. Is this ok?

Most likely I would say that it really depends on the memory itself, let's say :

if you have the set before year 2005, then you 'd better not get it over 2.95or so.

if you have the set after year 2005, then you 'd better not get it over 2.85v~2.90v or so.

Thanks, OPB. They are the set after 2005.

I have no idea what is going on now. Windows will either reboot or lockup in 2-5 minutes. This might be due to a change in cpu. I've got another processor on the way and I'm hoping the issues I've been having will disappear.

excuse me but, can anyone tell me if the BH-5 PC3200 are likely to Overclock less than the PC4000 version, or buying the PC4000 its just an insurance that they will do 250Mhz?

logic tells me that PC4000 its the wise choice, but enlight me anyway!

    thanks!

I got rid of the CFX3200 and moved to NF4 Ultra-D. Not too sure why it won't run anything. I had (2) opty 146 and (1) opty 165 that was no where near stable. I've waited for 2 months and no new bios surfaced. So much for the hype......

    The opty 165 now runs 2.790 @ 1.425v and memory htt310 2.5 5 5 10 1T 2.89v (bios) prime stable. Whew!....took some time to get to this point....

ODD means when CPU FSB reach 300MHZ or above if turn it on the DRAM:FSB would auto change 9:10 NOT 1:1.

If odd open the performance would become lower.

    regards.

OPB or Xtreem Tech, would you guys be willing to give me some good recommended timings for DDR500 with the I/A sticks? I've got my CPU @ 2500MHz (250x10) right now, and I'm not willing to take it further until I get some better cooling. Quite a few things in the BIOS are still set @ auto. I'm willing to tweak, but it would be nice to have some settings to start from before I go all out. Thanks all.
