i havent tried over 1.6 yet but i was thinking, if it takes 1.6 do get to just 5.8ghz what kind of voltage is it gonna take to get to around 6.7 if i wanted to use dry ice or something?

so i thought maybe something else is holding me back?

maybe the BIOS, ill check into trying some different ones.

    here is my new highest

    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=109790

i managed this at 1.7v!! whats the deal? and its not even pi 1m stable.

is there some trick to this unseen? ive tried more voltage, ive tried changing memory from 1:1 to running memory faster, ive tried max voltage a vfsb.

could it just be a bad core? or the mobo? i mean ive got this thing fully modded so does it need more vmch? im running at 1.73 right now (measured with dmm)

i boot into windows at 5.5ghz and use clockgen to go higher. Is this my problem? becasue i cant seem to boot properly over 5.5ghz

evap temps are low -40c and dip down to -38c at 1.7v

    tryed to use another divider?
the memory controller can maby not work so good on every stage?

try just one memory stick and se if you get any higher.

you can possibly get some higher in fsb if you cool the north bridge som more to.

are your evap temps -38 in load?
i don´t think its a bad core but the mobo can be the botttle neck, but 5,8ghz isn´t bad att all!
