So what would you guys mention for a rig like this (I'll exagerate the clocks since I havent put it together yet):
Gigabyte GA-K8NSC
AMD 3700 San Diego @ 2.7 1.7v
2x512 tccc @ 2.8v
ATI x850 xt (stock volts)
2x cd-rw drives
2x hard drives
5x 80mm fans
